Dorchester County is requesting bids for debt collection services for the Water & Sewer Department. Selected contractor will promptly undertake the collection of all accounts referred by the Dorchester County Water & Sewer Department (DCWS) without regard to the amounts to achieve a maximal recovery of debts. Such procedures are to include, but not be limited to a reasonable number of telephone calls and mail efforts.
