The City of Rock Hill is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide professional auditing services by certified public accountants for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, with the option of auditing its financial statements for each of three subsequent fiscal years. The audit will encompass a financial and compliance examination of the City's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) in accordance with the laws and/or regulations of the State of South Carolina.
