City of Charleston is seeking qualification packages from General Contractors for JRBP Field Improvements. Bidders must possess a minimum of 3 years experience of work on sand-based fields; perform 80% of work with their own forces; be proficient in laser guided grading methods and provide references of 5 successfully completed projects at a field approved for use by either MLB, MiLB or NCAA. Work will begin mid to late Oct. 2026 and must be completed prior to Feb.1, 2027.
