Description of Project/Services:
The City of Travelers Rest is seeking a qualified contractor to provide mulch installation services on Main Street Streetscape and Trailblazer Park. Total shall not exceed 325 cubic yards of dyed brown mulch. The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision required to complete the project in accordance with this RFP a minimum depth of 3 inches and a clearance of 6 inches from the base of all trees.
