Description of Project/Services:
Install swivel seat in the driver’s seat. Add electrical wiring so the seat can move and rotate with powered controls. Install an Out-Rider lift in the truck bed to lift items up to 200 pounds. Adjust the lift for a crew cab truck with a longer reach and outer arm for proper fit. Set up the lift and controls(left-hand) and reinstall hand controls (already provided). Financing must be available for any additional costs above waiver approved amount. Contact CM for additional bid specifications.
