The City of Anderson is requesting Bids for the Parking Structure Repair Project. The Project includes: Installation of micropiles to support existing precast concrete double tee beams. Installation of lateral ties between existing precast concrete double tee beams and concrete bearing wall. Repair of existing concrete deck deterioration/spalls. Demolition of existing expansion joint system between the parking structure and grade. Installation of new expansion joint system.
