The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit proposals from VENDORS to provide Cleaning and Dewatering for specific ReWa Biosolid Digester at Mauldin Road WRRF. The work involves Vendor provided planning, transporting, preparation, performance, and cleanup and warranty of Vendor' digester cleaning and dewatering service. Once work begins it is expected that a dedicated crew will work daily to complete the process.

There is a mandatory, in-person pre-proposal meeting on 5/27/2026 at 10:00am. The location of the meeting will be 660 Mauldin Road Greenville, South Carolina 29607 (Gate B). In order for you get into the gate, you will need to use the call box There will be a walk-around tour immediately following the Pre-Proposal Meeting.
