Description:
ARJWS is soliciting sealed bids to refurbish and maintain its finished-water storage tanks in response to current capital and maintenance needs. The storage and transmission system includes three ground storage tanks and three elevated tanks. A fourth ground storage tank, Clemson Booster GST 2, was completed in April 2026 and is excluded from this maintenance bid. The ground storage tanks will be offered as additive alternates in the bid process.

Pre-Bid Information:
The mandatory pre-bid meeting will be hosted for two days, allowing each contractor ample time to access each tank. These dates will be 6/10/26 and 6/11/26 during the hours of 9 AM - 4 PM. *** A Pre-Bid, On-site meeting MUST be attended by all potential bidders and a representative of the coating manufacturer Tnemec (TSE).***
