Proposals will be opened at 1431 Assembly Street, on the 2nd floor in Meeting Room M at which time respondents to this request will be publicly identified. Proposals received after the stated time will not be accepted. Proposal modifications will not be accepted by facsimile prior to opening. Due to the possibility of negotiations with any offeror that may be eligible for contract award.
