It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to establish a term contract for annual inspections to be performed on elevator equipment for City of Myrtle Beach facilities throughout various locations. The successful Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and all other things necessary to perform the work required under this contract.
