Description of Project/Services:
Complete replacement of shingle roof for 7 existing buildings. Scope include full removal of all existing shingles, damaged &/or rotten underlayment & decking. Replacement shall include new underlayment & deck where needed and all new 30 yr. asphalt shingles including water & ice shield, all required flashing, & ridge vents. Replace all pipe & penetrations shall also be included. All work to be completed in a single phase by prime contractor.
