It is the intent of this RFP to establish a pricing agreement for gym shorts and sweatpants for the MBFD, to be ordered on an "as needed" basis. Document package and product samples may be shipped separately. However, all requested items must arrive by the due date and time listed on the first page of this RFP. If any requested item is late, the the whole proposal will be considered non-responsive. The City of Myrtle Beach is not responsible for late or misdirected mail.
