Seeking offers and ultimately entering into a contract to provide vended meals for the Morning Star Academy nonprofit child nutrition program, the School Food Authority (SFA). The contract will be between the Vendor and the SFA. The meals are to be in compliance with the NSLP meal program which is to provide nutritionally balanced meals of high quality to students at an economical price.

Pre-Bid Information:
A preproposal call is scheduled virtually for 11:00am EST on September 4, 2026 link is found in the IFB materials attached. The school will participate in the National School Lunch and Breakfast programs to seek reimbursement for meals for K-8 program. Estimated 1st year enrollment is 150. There are two schools in the same building. No formal kitchen, looking for providers to bring a compliant grab and go meals for breakfast and precooked, hot, compliant meals for lunch daily.
