The City of Orangeburg is seeking HVAC system replacement for North Road Recreation Complex. This RFP is for a full replacement of the HVAC systems for both Quad 4 and Quad 5 buildings. The buildings include press boxes, offices, and a conference room upstairs, as well as restrooms. The downstairs area includes a concessions area, lobby, restrooms, and an officials’ locker room. Qualification packet must be received by the Parks Department by 3:00 pm.
