The Town of Pawley’s Island is seeking consulting services to assist in the finalization, implementation and utilization of new historic architectural guidelines in support of the Town’s new Historic Preservation Program. Services will also support the Town’s new Historic Preservation Board over the course of its initial months of operations to ensure the new local Historic Preservation Program meets all of the standards established by the SC State Historic Preservation Office.
