i.provide complete lighting system design, including pole layout, fixture selection, electrical engineering, and photometric modeling.

iii.Secure all necessary permits and approvals from the Town and other relevant authorities.
iv.Develop a final lighting design in collaboration with Town staff to ensure compliance current athletic field lighting standard
