The City of Charleston is seeking an engineering firm to provide professional engineering services for the Dupont Wappoo Watershed Improvements Project. The project aims to develop and evaluate flood mitigation improvements within the drainage basin, which encompasses approximately 1,600-acres in West Ashley. The City is working in coordination with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).The project design will be completed in two phases; this RFQ is for Phase One only.
