Description of Project/Services:
The City of Folly Beach is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors (“Contractor”) to install Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs) at the intersection of S-52 (East Ashley Avenue) & S-247 (2nd Street East). Construction shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications by Kimley-Horn and the approved encroachment permit from SCDOT.
