Description of Project/Professional Services:
The scope of work is for phase 2 engineering of the refurbishing of mechanical rooms at Lee CI. Heating units are not functioning properly due to age, leaking water from corroded pipes, pumps and heat systems. Existing systems are outdated and parts are no longer available. These heating units provide hot water for the inmate dorms. The project is to demo existing piping, boilers, pumps, replace water heaters, and needed electrical.
