Description:
It is the intent of this RFP to establish a contract for Grounds and Landscape Maintenance to be performed on a year-round basis at the Capital Projects Building, located at 520 13th Avenue South, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. The contract shall require bi-monthly (twice a month) mowing, edging, weeding and blowing of the driveways and porches, fertilizing as needed, and maintenance of one plant bed as required.
