The Town of Bluffton is seeking proposals from general contractors with experience in expanding existing commercial restrooms under a fixed price contract. The specifications have been revised since its prior bidding to bring the project within budget. Town staff will present the best value proposal to Town Council at the12/8 meeting. Work will begin after 1/1. A non-mandatory bid walk will be held on site on 10/28 at 10:00 am.
