The Rural Community Water District of Georgetown County is soliciting bids for construction and installation of a water meter pit interconnecting the District and City of Georgetown water systems. The project will be located within a 20-foot easement tying into the existing 12-inch RCWD and 8-inch City of Georgetown water mains and will be designed to convey up to 1.5 million gallons per day of potable water under bi-directional flow conditions.
