Description of Project/Services:
The overall scope of this project includes the renovation of approx. 5,800 sq ft of existing interior warehouse office space, including minor demolition of existing offices and construction of a new entrance and offices. Interior systems improvements to approx. 14,500 sq ft of warehouse space, and exterior improvements including new construction of approx. 8,000 sq ft canopy and a complete roof overlay across the full 53,700 sq ft of the existing building. Mandatory pre-bid is on 11/10/26.
