The Town of Ravenel is requesting sealed bids for site improvements at the Ravenel Depot Playground site. These improvements will consist of select tree removal, placing of select fill, erosion control and final site stabilization. Trees that are flagged will be removed to the ground level. The double oak nearest the parking lot will include removal of the stump. Existing playground equippment will be removed prior to start of work.
