The Pee Dee Regional Council of Governments, on behalf of the City of Bennettsville, is seeking bids from SCDHEC-licensed firms to prepare initial asbestos assessments and project design and air monitoring services during the abatement process, if required by SCDHEC 61-86.1, for approximately twenty-eight (28) privately owned vacant, dilapidated houses.  The houses are moderate size (1,000 sq. ft.) and located within city limits in the Shady Rest Neighborhood.
