The Housing Authority of the City of Spartanburg (hereto known as “SHA or the Authority”), is requesting Bids from qualified entities to provide HVAC Maintenance & Repair Services for the Authority. The selected firm(s) will provide on an as needed basis HVAC maintenance and repair services to the Authority for all its public housing and affiliate properties. The firm(s) selected will serve as the Authority’s HVAC service technicians and consultant.
