This work includes traffic control, clearing, grubbing, grading, seeding, stabilization and Improvement of Flatwood Road. Quality control testing shall be provided by the contactor. All materials and testing shall meet SCDOT Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, latest edition. Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held April 19, 2018 at 10:00am at the Community Services Building 9039 Fairforest Road, Spartanburg, SC 29301.
