Sale of 146 (+/-) acres of natural and planted pine designated for clearcut and row + selection harvest, for approximately 5,101 total tons of pine (2,428 tons of sawtimber, 339 tons of chip and saw, 2,334 tons of pulpwood); 396 total tons of hardwood (83 tons of sawtimber, 313 tons of pulpwood). In clearcut designated stands, we require that all stems (greater than 2” DBH and 20’) be removed.
