The South Carolina Department of Children’s Advocacy – Guardian Ad Litem (DCAGAL), in accordance with South Carolina Procurement Code, Section 11-35-1560 and regulation 19-445.2105, is providing public notice of the intent to award a sole source contract to Social Solutions Global Inc. The total potential value the contract is approximately $111,159.42.
The South Carolina Department of Children’s Advocacy – Guardian Ad Litem intends to procure Efforts to Outcomes software (ETO) which includes licenses to access the electronic health record system, updates, and support for the electronic health record system. The ETO has an enterprise structure inclusive of settings and protocols support programs, division, and compliance needs. The ETO will also provide DCAGAL connectivity across the state through comprehensive outcomes and case management tools.

South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (DDSN) intends to award a Sole Source Contract for Greenway Health. DDSN’s medical billing claims are electronically transmitted to Greenway Health for processing and forwarding to SCDHHS. Programming for the billing system has been enabled to automatically transmit claims directly from the DDSN legacy systems to streamline the billing process.
SC DDSN Coastal Regional Center is located on an extremely busy road. Due to a recent injury, Coastal is requesting the vendor to install automatic gates to both front entrances of the facility. The vendor listed was the vendor that could start without a six-to-seven-month delay.

E&F requested an Emergency purchase with McCarter Mechanical, Inc., to replace the ceiling pipes in the Strom Thurmond Building. In June of 2022, this 6 inch round cast iron drain pipe sprung a severe leak. That section of the pipe is severely corroded, and is 100 ft. long. The main system the pipe serves is the animal cage wash on the floor above. Failure to repair the pipe, would result in the cage washing system for animal cages to be shut down; severely impacting animal research operations.

June 3, 2022, in room DC522 a water hammer arrester above the drop in ceiling broke off a domestic water supply pipe resulting in flooding to the 4th & 5th floors. The Dental Clinic had to reopen Monday morning- June 6, 2022, at 7 am to accommodate patients. Due to the health concerns of our patients, staff, guests, students and faculty, it was vital that the issue had to be resolved immediately. E&F called Rainbow International of Charleston to come out to do the remediation services.

Clemson requires a database of SAT/PSAT scores accessible to universities through a subscription. The South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) intends to secure the services of Safari Montage for Learning Objects Repository (LOR) licensing to include K-8 Super Core and Additional Schlessinger Media K-8 for all Elementary and Middle Schools; Super Core for All High Schools and all schools with eighth grade; LOR Lesson Presenter; and Recorded and Live Virtual Field Trips. Professional Development will also be provided. This will extend the current contract from 12/01/2023 - 09/30/2024. Interoperability, usability, compatibility, and flexibility are unique features required for a statewide LOR that will be used in each school district throughout South Carolina.

Information Solutions is requesting the yearly maintenance and support of MUSC Enterprise Term License Agreement. The yearly maintenance covers Adobe Acrobat Pro Software. Adobe Acrobat Pro is used to manage Portable Document Format (.pdf) files. At this time .pdf is the standard format for electronic submission of grants for federal funding agencies. MUSC has an existing Enterprise Term License Agreement with Adobe Acrobat Pro. The offering is not eligible for resell from authorized Adobe business partners and/or resellers.
