South Carolina Business Opportunities (SCBO) is a live database for goods, services, information technology and construction needs of state and local government.  The South Carolina State Procurement Code requires SC state agencies’ solicitations at or above $10,000 in estimated or actual value to appear in SCBO.  Other entities, such as cities, counties and school districts may voluntarily advertise in SCBO.
