SCPro Launches Nov. 9 – Important Supplier Dates and Training
The State of South Carolina will launch SCPro, its new procurement portal, on Nov. 9, 2026. Suppliers will use SCPro to manage accounts, respond to solicitations and access new state contracts.
Important Dates:
- Oct. 25, 11:59 p.m.: Deadline to update supplier profiles in the current SCEIS Vendor Registration Portal.
- Oct. 26-Nov. 9: System freeze and data migration. Supplier registration updates cannot be processed.
- Nov. 9: SCPro launches!

If authorized by the original solicitation, the State may use "competitive fixed price bidding" to create procurements with an open response date. These fixed price bids are advertised in SCBO once, but the solicitation may provide for bids to be accepted continuously or periodically during the contract term.
