Audit Engagement 2026

SCDHHS is soliciting proposals for a Medicaid Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) to perform post-payment claim audits in accordance with state and federal requirements. Interested vendors should review the solicitation for full scope, mandatory instructions, deadlines, and submission requirements.

A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM EST. Attendance is optional. Vendors are encouraged to review the solicitation for meeting details and instructions.

Richland County, South Carolina, is requesting proposals from qualified independent certified public accounting firms to perform the annual financial statement audit of the County. The audits shall be conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, Government Auditing Standards issued by the U.S. Government Accountability Office, the Single Audit Act, Uniform Guidance, and all other applicable federal and state requirements.
