Anderson County is seeking bids for THE SALE OF PROPERTY AT 126 N. MCDUFFIE ST. IN ANDERSON, SC, BID # 22-040.  The appraised value of property is $340,000.00.  Interested parties may request information at allpurchasing@andersoncountysc.org.

Sand Hills State Forest, 16218 Hwy 1, Patrick, SC 29584 will accept sealed bids until 10:00 AM, Tuesday, February 8, 2022, for the sale of approximately 1,271.5 acres of longleaf and mixed pinestraw.  The sale areas are in Compartment 16 and consist of 49 separate stands.  All sale areas are in longleaf pine or mixed pine.  An Orange sign indicating Stand # and Acreage will be placed at a visible location for each stand.

Harbison State Forest is accepting bids for approximately 1,322 tons of pine timber and  211 tons of hardwood timber on 47 acres in Richland County. Bids will open Monday, Febuarry 7, 2022, at 11:00 a,m.  A $5,000 performance bond is to be paid at the contract signing.

Bids must be in the format/form of: one blended price per ton for all pine products and one blended price per ton for all hardwood products.

Sand Hills State Forest is accepting bids for approximately 1,900 tons of pine timber on 41 acres in Chesterfield county. Bids will open Thursday, February 3rd at 10:00 AM. A $5,000 performance bond is to be paid at the contract signing.
