Manchester State Forest will accept bids for final harvest of 95 acres on January 4,2023.

TDC is selling 2 vehicles by sealed bid; awarded to the highest bidder after 2:00pm on Dec 5, 2022. Tie bids will be awarded to first received. Successful bidders will be contacted 48 hours to pay TDC to receive title to the vehicle. Cash or Check only.

Vehicles may be inspected on Nov 29th and Dec 1st 17, 9a-12p and 1p-4p.

Newberry County is selling a small portion of land, approximately 139 feet in length and a width of forty feet.  The property is located in the Pine Hill Estate, off of Hwy US 76 in Newberry SC .  the property is identified on the Assessor's tax map in between numbers 340-1-10 and 340-1-15.  The property connects to a private drive, Pond Lane.
