Proposals are being accepted by Aiken County Government for the sale AS-IS of the property commonly known as the Community Services Building, Graniteville, SC (“Property”). Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. March 16, 2023 in the Procurement Office, 1930 University Pkwy, Suite 3201, Aiken, SC 29801 then read aloud in Suite #3203. Questions concerning this proposal will be accepted via e-mail only to procurement@aikencountysc.gov until 3:00 p.m. March 7, 2023. 

There will be a non-mandatory site visit on February 28, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the location of 124 Ascauga Lake Rd. Graniteville, SC 29829. 

HCDSN currently has approximately 12-14 metal/wood office desks in good condition.  Three black and light walnut, two dark gray and walnut, one light gray and the rest are beige with dark walnut tops.  All have a hutch which can be taken off without damage to the desk.
