Sand Hills State Forest is currently accepting bids for approximately 3,600 tons of pine timber located in Chesterfield County, SC. The tract is 44 acres total and is designated as a final harvest (clearcut). Bids will be opened Friday, March 17th, 2023 at 10:00 AM EST. Bids must be in the format/form of: one blended price per ton for all pine products. Bid must reference "SHSF-5166-ADV-TS-23".

A $15,000 performance bond is due at the signing of this contract. 

Aiken County Government is seeking offers to purchase the property and all related structures and improvements located at 828 Richland Avenue, West, Aiken, South Carolina.
