Sand Hills State Forest is currently accepting bids for approximately 8,900 tons of pine timber on 286 acres. The areas are located in Chesterfield County. Harvesting methods will be row + selection (operator selection) and intermediate thinning (cut trees marked with blue paint). Please refer to our website or call for more information.

All correspondence must reference bid on forest products sale #SHSF-5176-ADV-TS-24. Bids must be in the form of: one blended price per ton for all pine products. A $15,000.00 performance bond is required at the signing of the contract. Buyer will have 12 months to harvest timber after contract is signed.
