The State of South Carolina intends to enter into a cooperative purchasing agreement with NASPO ValuePoint for National Vehicle Rental Services.

As such, The State of Oregon is leading a multi-state effort to undertake the procurement process described below, in coordination with the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO). NASPO ValuePoint which is a cooperative purchasing program of all 50 states, the District of Columbia and the territories of the United States. This multi-state group, led by the State of Washington, has a requirement for Nationwide Vehicle Rental Services. In accordance with State procurement practices, the State of Oregon is hereby announcing the publication of RFP No. DASPS-2262-18 for the purchase of the aforementioned goods.
