The state of South Carolina Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) is issuing a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program, CFDA #13.231, for the program year 2019. The period of performance is July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020. Eligibility requirements can be found at http://oeo.sc.gov/resources.html. Applicants must demonstrate programmatic and fiscal capacity and need within their Continuum of Care region.
