The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit input from the industry of potential solutions and construction techniques for the I-85 at I-385 Wall Improvement Project (Project). This RFI is not a Request for Qualification/ Proposal. The SC Departments of Probation, Parole, and Pardon Services (SCDPPPS), Corrections, and Juvenile Justice are conducting a test and evaluation of wristband monitoring technology for court ordered tracking for consideration of inclusion in an upcoming statewide solicitation for monitoring technology supplies and services. Interested participants must provide six total units at no charge and a "sandbox" site for each agency to track usage of these units for a 45 day period beginning 3/1/23.
