The project will design a new cafeteria including dining, kitchen, and retail. The project will include programming and will require full A&E services. The project delivery method will be Construction Management at Risk (CM-R). Proposals should include experience with CM-R delivery method.

The BJWSA Field Operations group is currently located in two (2) separate locations within Beaufort County. Richland County is seeking proposals from engineering firms who can demonstrate their experience in planning, designing, bidding, and construction management for an expansion of the Eastover Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The existing plant is rated at 1.2 MGD, and the expansion will be 1.3 MGD for a total capacity of 2.5 MGD. The plant is located at 199 Wateree Station Road, Eastover, SC, 29044.

The Town is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to complete a master plan for 40.5 acres of land recently acquired adjacent to Doko Meadows Park located at 171 Langford Road. The requested scope of services will include, but not be limited to, providing planning services working under the direction of  Staff to evaluate potential uses and programming of the newly acquired land. The Town has hired Landplan Group South as a technical adviser.

A nature-based stormwater park that utilizes the entire parcel to address stormwater retention and create educational opportunities for the community on the benefits of nature-based stormwater solutions. The stormwater park should include
green infrastructure concepts such as infiltration trenches, retention ponds, bioswales, rain gardens, native plantings/vegetation or other appropriate stormwater improvements. Pervious walking paths and parking.

The Town of Cheraw is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide a full range of design and implementation services to support the implementation of water and sewer system improvements as part of a Rural Infrastructure Authority SCIIP Grant.

Town of Cheraw is issuing this RFQ to identify a qualified landscape architecture and engineering firm that will be responsible for the design, bidding, and construction administration for a redevelopment plan for Caston Park and the multi-phase expansion Arrowhead Park in the Town of Cheraw.
