Design services for a 25,000 sq ft Marine Technology Center on the Georgetown Campus. The building will support boat building and outboard marine motor technician programs. The bldg. will be conventional framed steel, brick veneer, and re-enforced corrugated metal siding. It will have a bay-style garage doors and the roof system will be PVC roofing to comply w/State material and workmanship guidelines. Floor system will be polished concrete.
