Greenwood County is requesting Qualification Statements from interested and qualified Engineering Firms to perform surveying, conceptual master planning, and environmental due diligence services on the Ninety Six Business Park (NSBP). The NSBP contains approximately 187 acres, located off SC Highway 34 and surrounding the old Greenwood Mills Sloan and Adams plants, being a portion of TMS #6895-643-129.

Greenwood County is requesting Qualification Statements from interested and qualified Engineering Firms to perform surveying, conceptual master planning, and environmental due diligence services on the Stonecrest Farm (SCF). Colleton County seeks qualified, licensed General Contractors to provide architectural/engineering and construction services for the Freedom Field and Pickleball Courts at Colleton County Parks and Recreation Complex, 208 Recreation Lane in Walterboro. These services may include, but are not limited to, design/engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, permitting, and construction.

The County is seeking qualifications from Offerors established in the business of providing architectural/engineering design services for Charleston County Main Library renovation.

There are presently no accurate maps of the existing water distribution system. GIS mapping of the existing water system will be provided, and an assessment conducted of existing valves, meters, and fire hydrants. Recommendations will be provided for needed valve and hydrant replacements. From reviews and assessments, a Capital Improvements Plan with priorities will be developed. A preliminary estimate of probable costs for all recommendations described above will be provided.

Phase 1 Design Services for the design of the new Saluda Center for Manufacturing Excellence. Planned for approximately 28,000 sf. +/-

Design Services for Renovation of Henderson Hall. Henderson Hall is an older dorm unit on campus. This building needs to be updated before it can be used to house students again. Renovations will include flooring, painting, updated restrooms, updated mechanicals, updated piping, new doors, design, and flow of the building. Building will almost be completely gutted and shaped back into a newly updated dormitory.

Richland County is requesting proposals from qualifed firms for the design of Springwood Lake Dam rehabilitation. Services to include preliminary project requirements, semi-quantitative risk assessment, finalize repair design, assist with bid drafting and preparing the project for construction. This project includes funding from the HHPD Grant Program, federal guidelines apply.

Horry County is seeking a qualified, licensed firm to provide Civil Engineering and Design Services for the Holmestown Road Shared Use Path project for RFQ #2023-24-049. This project is grant-funded through the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism.

The Town of Cheraw is seeking an engineer to conduct surveys, prepare plans, prepare maps, and obtain all necessary permits for paving/resurfacing of streets in the Town.  The selected firm will also provide construction management for the project.  The budget range for this Project is $70,800 – $100,800.

The Greenville Transit Authority (GTA) d.b.a. Greenlink is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants with the intent to select one to assist with the design, oversight, and management of the installation of ADA-compliant bus stop pads and bus stop amenities over the course of the next five years. The contract is to be for a one-year period with four one-year extensions and is comprised of upgrades to be installed at up to 336 bus stop locations (subject to change).

The City is requesting proposals for professional Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services for the design of a new Fire Station to be located on Sunflower St in Greenville, SC. Firms interested in providing the aforementioned services must prepare and submit proposals in accordance with the procedures in this RFP.  Current experience in complete design of Fire Station(s) and extensive knowledge in all NFPA recommendations for fire station facilities is mandatory. 

The 2022 CPST referendum allocated funding for a new cell block at the Newberry County Detention Center, 3239 Louis Rich Road Newberry.  The County is accepting proposals for A/E firms to assist with services to include, but not limited to, schematic design, design development, preparation of bid package, bid evaluation and award, contract administration and oversight during the construction phase.
