The University of South Carolina is seeking a professional engineering firm to conduct a condition study of the facilities at the University's Baruch Institute.  Perform facilities condition assessments and generate cost estimates for required corrective work for the University's Baruch Institute.

The City of Cayce is issuing a Call for Artists for various Art District Improvements. We would like to commission the following: murals, sculptures, artistic seating element and other improvements for the City's Arts District. We welcome submissions from artists to propose other ideas for improving the Arts District. Artists do not have to respond to every aspect of this call.  All of this work may be commissioned to one or multiple artists.
