McCormick County, hereinafter known as the County, is seeking the services of a qualified Consulting Civil Engineering Firm to provide engineering services for the Planning, Preliminary Engineering and Construction Engineering for various County bridge, road, public works and water & sewer projects as the need arises. The contract is anticipated to start April 1, 2023 and cover a period of three years with an option for renewal for two additional years. 

Separate work orders will be developed for each County project. McCormick County reserves the right to select a different Consulting Engineer for these County Projects if it is in the best interest of the public. 

Greenwood County is looking for a consultant to assist in the development of a Master Plan for Lake Greenwood.

The Town of Winnsboro is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2023, with options for renewals in 2024, 2025, and 2026. These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and the US Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133. Sealed proposals are due by 3:00 PM February 16, 2023. See attachment for further details.

The City of Clemson Parks and Recreation department is requesting proposals from qualified firms to update its current Master Plan of Parks and Recreation facilities.

The Town of Cheraw is seeking a firm experienced in real estate development to help create a housing market study that may be used to attract new housing development to the Town.

To meet the objectives of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), as administered by SC Housing, all LIHTC Applicants must provide an independent third-party market study for their proposed LIHTC development. As such, SC Housing is seeking well qualified third-party market study providers in order to establish a Qualified Providers List (QPL). Previous qualified providers are required to reapply.
