The Town of Pawleys Island received an SC Rural Infrastructure Authority grant to develop a Master Drainage Plan for the island. The goal of this plan is to obtain an updated storm drain inventory on the island and document existing conditions of the system. Based on this information the plan will identify infrastructure upgrades necessary to alleviate locations with the most chronic flooding on the island. Each recommendation must include a cost estimate.

Dorchester County is seeking proposals from qualified and interested firms to provide a Growth Management Plan for the Ridgeville/Givhans area of the County. The County intends to engage a consultant to perform a build-out analysis of this area and identify the needed infrastructure and capital facilities.

Dorchester County is seeking proposals from interested and qualified vendors for the Dorchester County Detention Center’s contract for Medical Services for Inmates.
A MANDATORY site visit and meeting will take place at 10:00 AM on February 9, 2024, at the detention center, located at 220 Hodge Road, Summerville, SC 29483. Electronics are not allowed in the detention center and should be left in locked and secured vehicles. Attendants will be required to go through security upon entrance.
The Central Midlands Council of Governments seeks proposals from firms qualified to provide Older American Act meal services in Fairfield, Lexington, Newberry, and Richland Counties, all in South Carolina. The primary purchase of this program is to fulfill the requirements of the Older Americans Act, as amended in 2020, by providing nutritionally balanced meals to strategically located centers that provide meals and socialization to eligible individuals.
Proposals MUST be received by the Central Midlands Council of Governments by the deadline date and time. Any proposal received after the deadline will be deemed late and will not be considered.
