Barnwell County, South Carolina, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for "Debris Monitoring Services" for a period of five (5) years, with five (5) subsequent one (1)- year renewals possible. Services shall include the monitoring of large-scale debris removal, separation, staging, and disposal of emergency debris from county roads resulting from natural disaster/weather events.

Barnwell County, South Carolina is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for "Debris Removal and Disposal Services", for a period of five (5) years with five (5) subsequent one (1) year renewals possible. This solicitation intends to enter into a pre-event contract, which would result in no immediate cost to the county. Services shall include large-scale debris removal, separation, staging, and disposal; demolition and debris removal; and hazardous waste removal from county roads.

The project consists of stream restoration, enhancement, and bank stabilization improvements along approximately 1,300 linear feet of the Dye Branch tributary and its riparian corridor. Work generally includes, but is not limited to, stream and floodplain grading, installation of rock and wood habitat and stabilization structures, erosion and sediment control measures, and establishment of riparian vegetation.
