The Town of Burnettown is seeking bids from SCDES-licensed firms to prepare the initial Asbestos Assessment (and if required Project Design and Air Monitoring services during the abatement process) for 25 vacant residential structures. Sealed bids shall be sent to 3187 Augusta Rd, Burnettown, SC 29851 by October 19th at 3:30. This project is being funded by CDBG, and all federal requirements will apply to this contract. The City is renovating an old building in downtown Chesnee. The building contains a substantial amount of trash, collapsed roofing material. etc. The debris is to be removed and disposed of off-site. Work includes some demolition in addition to debris and trash removal.
