Patriots Point is currently accepting bids for an operational capability assessment of the following:

One 16,000 lb. Cargo/Weapons elevator system installed aboard the museum ship ex-USS Yorktown aircraft carrier, (starboard side, approximately frame 63 serving lower magazines to the flight deck). Contractor will furnish labor for approx 3 days to assess all of the subsystems which include structure, winches, wire ropes, switches, hydraulics, piping, electrical, etc.

All bidders must have an active Vendor Registration on the State of South Carolina website. The bidder will furnish a report detailing the system condition, deficient areas of operation, and a repair list. Bids must be mailed or hand delivered.
