The City of West Columbia (City) is requesting proposals to remove and replace approximately 5,000 square feet (SF) of existing roof systems, insulation, membrane flashing and applicable sheet metal flashing down to the existing metal decking and replace with new membrane roof system, flashing and insulation.

• Take down approximately 440’ of existing 4’ tall black chain link fence in order to relocate approximately 20' away replacing the poles and reusing the fencing, top rail, and hardware

• Install and supply approximately 490’ of new 4’ tall black chain link fence with one 10’ Double Gate
